Open to everyone, this is an in-person social to connect and catch up with the community in and out of CodeBase. This month we’ve got some cool video games to have fun with!

Hi everyone!
Calling all game lovers to play, have some fun and catch up with the community. Join us for food and beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
From the ping pong tournament to Wii Sports, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games and Super Stretchy Chicken Legs created by our very own Ping Creates. An array of games will be available to play so let the games begin!
We'll begin our social at CodeBase Stirling before heading to the pub to continue the fun - we'll have a table waiting for us there.
We'll provide a variety of food plus a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks so there is something for everyone. Expect some delicious food, some drinks, and some even greater company!
What is it?
An informal get together at CodeBase Stirling, open to everyone. Expect some snacks, some drinks and some great company!
When is it?
Thursday 27th of July, 5pm-7pm in hotdesking (before moving to the pub).
Join us for 5 minutes to say hello or stay around for a bit longer. Whatever works with your schedule — but please register no matter how long you plan on staying around.
You're welcome to join us at the pub if that fits better with your schedule but please let us know as we only have a limited number of tables reserved.
Registration
We ask everyone to sign up individually so we can have an estimate of how many people want to attend and make sure we can comfortably provide for all. We will also check-in each person on Eventbrite as they join the event so make sure you've signed up to the event in order to attend!
Registering each person individually also allows us to know of any dietary or accessibility requirements in advance so we can do our best to accommodate them.

FAQs
Do I need to sign-up everyone on my team who wants to attend?
Yes please! It helps us know how many people to expect in advance and accommodate for all. We will also check in everyone via the Eventbrite app as they come in.

How long does the event last?
The event last for 1 hour between 5-6pm. Join us for 5 minutes to say hello or stay around for a bit longer. Whatever works with your schedule — but please register regardless!
Will food be served during the event?
There will be snacks and drinks (soft and alcoholic drinks).
Is the event space accessible?
Yes, all of our event spaces are accessible. If there's anything we can do to make the event more accessible for you or if you're a wheelchair user, please email stirling@thisiscodebase.com ahead of the event.
