What is it?
Digital Skills 4 Girls is a monthly workshop for girls and non-binary young people aged 10 - 17 who want to learn new digital skills or develop existing skills. From coding and gaming to digital design and video, DS4G is a friendly and supportive environment to learn new skills and meet new friends.
What will I learn?
This month we'll be designing and building a maze game on Microsoft MakeCode Arcade

No need to bring anything along - we'll provide all materials and the laptops needed!
Where and when is this taking place?
Digital Skills 4 Girls will be on the 17th September from 5.30-7pm. The event will take place at CodeBase Edinburgh, 37a Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2EL.

Registration
We ask everyone to sign up individually, so we can have an estimate of how many people want to attend, this will allow us to prevent food waste by avoiding over-catering. Please cancel your ticket if you are no longer able to attend. We will also check-in each person on Eventbrite as they join the event so make sure you've signed up to the event in order to attend! We also encourage everyone to sign up individually so we know of any accessibility requirements in advance. Tickets are very limited so be sure to register!
