Building connections is vital if you’re looking to build your business and having a community of like-minded people is essential, especially if you are a solo or small co-founding team starting up or looking to scale.

AccelerateHER, Techscaler by CodeBase and Elevator are delighted to be joining forces again for this informal meet-up event for female and non-binary founders across Dundee and Tayside. This is a chance to meet other like-minded women, build your contacts and share your knowledge.

We are also delighted to be joined by Jade Robertson, Co-founder and Creative Direction of fashion retailer Little Lies. Jade will be interviewed by Elizabeth Pirrie of AccelerateHER about her business journey so far.

Jade Robertson of Little Lies

Jade Robertson is the co-founder and creative director of Little Lies, an independent Scottish retailer based in Perthshire whose unique, 70s music-scene inspired pieces are sold around the world from their Glencarse HQ.
She started the business in 2015 with husband Stuart from a bedroom in their then home in Kirkcaldy. It grew into a city centre store in Dundee before going online only and expanding massively in 2020.
Jade, 34, is now spearheading the firm's development of their own exclusive, in-house designed lines - with one of their dresses seen being worn by global megastar Taylor Swift in New York in early 2024.
