Agenda
We're keeping the agenda quite open as we're keen to make space for everyone to share their experiences and challenges! Mhairi Nisbet and Rachel McCormick will co-host the sessions. Mhairi is an experienced marketeer and owns the Marketing Strategy and manages the Marketing team for ThinkShare (a Microsoft partner and a tenant within CodeBase Stirling). Rachel is the Marketing & Events Co-ordinator at Codebase Stirling and specialises in social media strategy and events curation.
12:00 - 12:15 Chance to network and have a coffee, attendees can take the floor and chat about any specific connections they are looking for, i.e I’m looking for a freelance marketer does anyone know someone I can be put in contact with? Does anyone have any experience in xwz software/tool.
12:15 - 12:50 Introductions to attendees, take the register. Then begin the topics of the week.
12:50 - 13:00 Any questions/ closing comments.
What is it?
Our marketing meetup has been created to share your Marketing ideas, best practice and woes! We meet every other Tuesday during lunchtime so that it is as accessible as possible.

When is it? Where is it?
12:00-13:00 in The Provost's Lounge, our first-floor cosy event space here at CodeBase Stirling.
Registration
We ask everyone to sign up individually so we can have an estimate of how many people want to attend. We will also check-in each person on Eventbrite as they join the event so make sure you've signed up to the event in order to attend!
Registering each person individually also allows us to know of any accessibility requirements in advance so we can do our best to accommodate them.
FAQs
Do I need to sign-up everyone on my team who wants to attend?
Yes please! We ask everyone to sign up with their first name, last name, company name and an email address. We will also check in everyone via the Eventbrite app as they come in.
We also encourage everyone to sign up individually so we know of any accessibility requirements in advance.
How long does the event last?
The event last for one hour between 12:00 and 13:00.
Will food be served during the event?
No food will be served during the event but we'll have water available. Feel free to bring your lunch with you if you'd like!
Is the event space accessible?
Yes, all of our events spaces are accessible. If there's anything we can do to make the event more accessible for you or if you're a wheelchair user, please email stirling@thisiscodebase.com ahead of the event.
