Open to everyone, this is an in-person Halloween celebration to connect and catch up with the CodeBase community.
About this event
Hi everyone!
Halloween is almost here and CodeBase is preparing a spooky seasonal event for all. Come and join our community for an evening get together where we will drink, eat and best of all socialise in costumes and masks. If you're new to the Stirling tech scene, this is a great place to start.
This event is in partnership with Wild Child Animation.
What is it?
An informal get together at CodeBase Stirling, open to everyone. Expect some snacks, some drinks and some great company!
When is it?
Thursday 27th of October, 6:30 to 8:30pm in the Registry at CodeBase Stirling.
Join us for 5 minutes to say hello or stay around for a bit longer. Whatever works with your schedule — but please register no matter how long you plan on staying around.
We'll probably keep the conversation going at the pub after 8:30pm, so you can always join us there if you cannot make it to our event or if you'd like, why not join both?
Registration
We ask everyone to sign up individually so we can have an estimate of how many people want to attend and make sure we can comfortably provide for all. We will also check-in each person on Eventbrite as they join the event so make sure you've signed up to the event in order to attend!
Registering each person individually also allows us to know of any dietary or accessibility requirements in advance so we can do our best to accommodate them.

FAQs
Do I need to sign-up everyone on my team who wants to attend?
Yes please! It helps us know how many people to expect in advance and accommodate for all. We will also check in everyone via the Eventbrite app as they come in.

How long does the event last?
The event last for 2 hours between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. Join us for 5 minutes to say hello or stay around for a bit longer. Whatever works with your schedule — but please register regardless!
Will food be served during the event?
There will be snacks and drinks (soft and alcoholic drinks).
Is the event space accessible?
Yes, all of our events spaces are accessible. If there's anything we can do to make the event more accessible for you or if you're a wheelchair user, please email stirling@thisiscodebase.com ahead of the event.
