About this session
This half-day, in-person, interactive workshop in Codebase Stirling will be co-facilitated by James and Jane from the World of Work Project. Like all of their workshops, this session will be highly interactive and will include relevant theories, practical applications and top-tips.
In this half day workshop, participants will:
Develop an understanding of organisation culture and values and their influence on success
Explore their organisations values and how to develop their thinking
Understand the difference between personal and organisational values and the relationship between them
Discuss team and organisation culture and the role of leaders
Develop a plan to progress their thinking and progress of their own organsiations cultures
