Richard Wilson is an Associate in Blackadders’ Corporate & Commercial team. He advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A, funding rounds, commercial contracts and intellectual property advice. He regularly provides advice to early stage companies on matters they should consider when starting out in business. He works with a number of innovative, high growth companies and has firmly established himself as a leading adviser within the video games sector.
Sam Walker is a senior chartered accountant within EQ Accountants’ Dundee office. He advises clients throughout a range of industries but specialises in those in the technology sector, especially startups. He can advise on accounting and finance considerations when looking to start a business, as well as a company looking to grow.
Sally Dale is a Programme Manager in the CodeBase Education team. Her primary focus is developing CodeBase's entry-level education programmes for new and prospective startup founders. Sally can talk to you about the different education programmes on offer through Techscaler and help you decide which might be suitable for you at any point on your startup journey.
