Speaker Bios
Louise Meikleham is a Senior Data Policy Officer in the Scottish Government's Data Division, focusing on data innovation, open data, and open government. With a background in charity regulation and innovation grants, Louise brings a unique perspective to public sector data use. She holds a PhD from the University of Dundee in cyanotoxins and bioactive peptides research.
Duncan Hart is the co-founder and CEO of DeepMiner. With an engineering background and an MBA from the University of Southampton, Duncan's journey to AI is unconventional. His experience spans shipbuilding, the oil and gas industry, and The Data Lab, before co-founding DeepMiner in 2017. Duncan is passionate about solving complex problems using data to create actionable insights.
