As a startup or SME thinking about taking the next step on your growth trajectory it is important to take time out to review your business and to think about putting the right foundations in place.

Professor Stelios Kavadias, Director of the Entrepreneurship Centre at Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS), and Director of the CJBS Digital Growth Grant Scale Programme, is joining Barclays Eagle Labs to deliver this workshop. Drawing on his experience of working with start-ups and small to medium sizes enterprises to develop ‘how to methodologies ‘he will focus on three key areas.

Assessing how you deliver your product or service to market and the infrastructure needed to do this at scale. What processes are needed to improve the speed and effectiveness of your decision making?

How do you scale the personal growth and leadership requirements for key roles such as CEO, CTO, COO and CMO and communicate the strength of your team to different stakeholders, for example, investors.
