About this event

Have a task that lives at the bottom of your to-do list but needs done? Want to make some time to work on a side project but struggle fitting this into your busy schedule? Let's help each other out and get things done in 2024!

What is it?

Join our virtual coworking session and experience a productive and collaborative work environment from the comfort of your own space! In this online gathering, participants will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, discuss and decide on a specific task or project to accomplish during the day.

This event is designed to foster accountability and provide a sense of community as participants work together towards their goals. Whether you're a freelancer, entrepreneur, or remote worker, this virtual coworking session offers a platform to share ideas, seek advice, and celebrate achievements.

In the morning: bring your tasks, projects, or goals to the virtual table, and let's work together to make progress and build connections.

In the afternoon: participants will have the chance to report on their accomplishments, share insights, and learn from the experiences of others.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to boost your productivity, stay motivated, and connect with a supportive community of individuals striving for success. Join us for a dynamic online coworking experience that combines accountability with collaboration!

What can I expect?

This is the first event of our series of online coworking sessions. We will be running these every Tuesday for 6 weeks in a row. You don’t have to join all of these sessions but if you join one, we’d expect you to be there for the morning check-in and the afternoon check-out.

In the morning, we’ll all be sharing a task or something we want to achieve by the end of the day, and add it to a Zoom whiteboard to keep track.

In the afternoon, we’ll gather again to check on task progress.

Disclaimer
Ultimately, it’s down to you if you get the thing(s) done or not. We’re not the boss of you and we’re not here to judge whether or not you accomplish what you had set yourself out to do. What we aim to do is provide a supportive environment to give accountability, share experiences, build connections, and allow for mistakes.

Where and when is this taking place?

This event will be taking place in Zoom meetings and we’ll meet twice during the day:

09:30-10:00: check-in: saying hello, checking in, sharing at least one task you want to complete today

14:30-15:00 - check-out: sharing progress on task(s) and any challenges, wins and lessons learnt today

Please join the same Zoom link via the “Online Event Page”. We will also send you email reminders and a calendar invite.

You can join Zoom from a desktop, laptop or mobile device and we recommend you to download the latest version of the app before joining: https://zoom.us/download.

Who will be there? Who is it for?

Members from the CodeBase/Techscaler team will be there, along with members from the community. This event is open to everyone, no matter where you’re based. Techscaler focuses on supporting entrepreneurs at every step of their journey so we expect to have tech startup founders and employees at this event.
