Creative Circles: Fair Work and Rates of Pay [Edinburgh]

About this event

Hosted by Creative Edinburgh, Creative Circles runs every month. For May, we're meeting in person to discuss Fair Work and Rates of Pay.

Creative Circles is for members of Creative Edinburgh. Not a member yet? It's free to join click here. This event is a casual monthly meetup for creatives, students, techies, makers, and freelance folk interested in discovering more about what's happening in Edinburgh. Join us on your break from work, share ideas and advice, make new connections, and find your next collaborator.

We want to hear from you

We're looking to improve how we run our events. If you have registered/attended Creative Circles in the past six months we'd love to hear from you through this quick survey.

May's Conversation - Fair Work and Rates of Pay

Working in isolation makes it difficult to know how to charge for our work. As a team, Creative Edinburgh wants to talk about Rates of Pay as we continue to live in a cost-of-living crisis to help empower our members with best practices but also encourage a work-life balance that encourages us to switch off or say no when the pay isn't enough.
