Managing Demands and Saying No

Join us for this free webinar in partnership with The World of Work Project on doing more by doing less.

Open to everyone.

About This Session

In this 60 minute, online seminar, we explore the thorny issue of managing the demands on our time. In many workplaces it feels like there's a potentially infinite amount of work. To succeed, we need to understand and manage the demands that are placed on us so that we spend our effort on what matters. To do this we need to learn to prioritise, say no when appropriate and manage our own boundaries.

This seminar will explore these challenges and share insights on how we can all improve.

As always, our seminars are fast paced and engaging and include theory, practical application and top tips so you can learn the content and start to bring it to life in your own world of work.
