About This Session
As leaders, managers and individuals in the workplace, it often feels like we have too much to do and not enough time to do it. We feel stretched, that what is asked of us increases constantly and that there simply are not enough hours in the day.
In this highly interactive, 2.5-hour, online workshop we look at this thorny issue of managing our demands, prioritising and saying no so that we can actually get more important work done, by doing less.
In this workshop we will help you to:
Develop a better understanding of the demands you face
Learn new ways to think about and challenge your demands, and
Help you gain the confidence and skills to say no more effectively.
As always, our workshops are highly interactive and engaging. We anchor these sessions in evidence-based theory and best practice and share helpful, actionable tips that you can use right away. We also adopt a facilitated approach and help you discuss your real challenges with your peers from other organisations so that you can share your experiences, learn from each other and grow your connections and networks.
