About this event
What is it?
The first in our monthly series of social events, to give people in the tech community an opportunity to get together. Each month will be slightly different but will normally take place on the last Thursday of the month.
As this is the Halloween edition, we’ll be enjoying some food and drinks before going on the Dark History Walking Tour of Inverness.
What can I expect?
Join us at the Black Isle Brewery Bar in Inverness for pizza and drinks and chat from 5:30pm, followed by a 90-minute Dark History Walking Tour of Inverness.
From notorious prison inmates to Kings and Queens and even castle sieges, it is said that lost souls wander the streets of Inverness at all hours. Join a local guide and immerse yourself on a 1.5 hour walk to hear their chilling tales including stories of executions, unsolved murders and more. On this tour you won't find any made-up ghost stories or paranormal activity - the truth of Inverness' dark side is chilling enough!
You can find out more about the tour here: https://www.walkingtoursin.com/invernessprivatetour
Please dress for the weather as we will be outdoors on the walking tour from 7-8:30pm.
